Re free delivery/ returns - Deciding on returning one of two items - I found that I had no return label ! At the Post Office it was confirmed ‘no free return’ - therefore charging me £4.25 to return item ( have receipt) One week later- still waiting for my refund
I was refused service after travelling over an hour and a half to get to the store. I wanted to try on some bras for for my holiday and so went to the store seeing as they have stock and advertise that you can go to store. I was told without an appointment that they couldn’t help me unless I waited for three hours! I have spent three hours in the car for no reason. It is not made clear on the website that if you want to try on that you must book an appointment. A huge disappointment and waste of a day off. I won’t be going back. If you plan to make a visit, make sure to book your appointment!
I was pleasantly greeted by all the staff as I entered the shop. They were very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them, but they were not pushy either. The clothes are really good quality, lovely soft materials, and made well. Stylish, well made ladies clothing at reasonable prices. These clothes will suit all ages and sizes too. Well done!
I have been searching for the perfect pair of black trousers for forever really. Luckily for me Bella di Notte sent me a catalogue the other day (I'd never heard of them before to be honest) and, seeing that the shop was near enough for us to have a nice day out, we made the trip to Malton so that I could try all of the different styles on. So very glad we made the effort. The staff were all lovely and I have found two pairs of trousers that are an amazing fit and quality. I'm delighted and shall become a regular customer.
Visited the shop this Saturday afternoon with my mum and hadn’t realised it closed in half hour. The lady, sorry I can’t remember your name went above and beyond to help my mum choose some outfits, giving honest opinions and not making her feel rushed at all. She is a credit to your company.
