Staff sound nice on the phone was told to get in tuch with Melanie bye email for my sony headphones warranty repair, but sadly no response they just ignoring me wery disappointing. Now is 3 weeks no responce even when i fill a form on the website.

We’ve used Gavin for all our personal and business requirements for years. The level of service he provides is second to none. Today our TV failed and within an hour he was here with a knew one yet again demonstrating excellent levels of customer care. Huge thanks Gavin.

Excellent service from TVC Electrical! Had a broken SONY headphones, got in touch with the company via telephone, was advised to bring them over to the store for an assessment. Turned out they were repairable but a spare part needed ordering from abroad. The part arrived pretty quickly and soon my headphones were like new. The service given from the very beginning till the end was excellent, caring & professional and I will definitely be using them in the future. The location is not just SONY service but a well-stocked retail shop so from now on all my purchases of SONY products will happen there for the easiness of the aftercare. Brilliant service I highly recommend!

Bought second hand 1200 spin Bosch washing machine for my apartment for £200. They delivered it for free to my first floor apartment (centre of Malton) for no additional charge. Only fault is a slight odour to the detergent dispenser which looks like it needs to be replaced and residue inside the door seal. Have now owned washing machine for three years. Still runs fine.
