Took my daughter for food, she had the steak and ale pie, she said it was amazing but was full. All food was good and the service professional. Have been here a few times with the missus. Says a lot that we return.
Booked for New Year’s Day glad we did as it was extremely busy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and very efficient. We had a little wait for our food however it was a pleasant atmosphere so it wasn’t a problem at all, the food was absolutely delicious, we will definitely be back. Staff deserved a medal for how they handled the pressure of being packed out. So we left a good tip well deserved.
Wonderful views in the conservatory. Super friendly staff. The food was OK very disappointed with the chips, they had little colour like they were anemic. Sorry but a decent pub i rate by the chips, everything else spot on
Absolutely gorgeous, hidden away gem.We regularly eat out and can honestly say we had 2 of the best meals ever, mixed grill was huge and delicious, toad in the hole was equally as good. Highly recommend, I would imagine booking would be essential for weekends.
Beautiful place in a stunning area. First time here and we wasn’t disappointed. The food, service and staff were fantastic. A warm welcome as we arrived too. The food was beautiful and fair priced too.
