We ordered a buffet for a special birthday. There was a good selection and various menus. Marc was very flexible on adding things or suggesting alternatives to what was listed. Good selection too of hot food - again flexible with our choices. It arrived on time and everything was spot on and the hot selection was still hot. Thanks again Marc - can highly recommend.
Was allowed to make an order on Just Eat at 11am and it showed the delivery time would be longer. I started getting worried it would not be delivered so rang at 1.40pm (nearly 2 hours after the order was placed), only to be told my order hadn't been made and the delivery driver hasn't turned up. The server said she was about to call me to let me know the order wouldn't be arriving. I said it was nearly TWO hours since I'd ordered and if they knew why didn't they call me earlier, to which she said they'd been "too busy". Not good enough leaving a customer waiting two hours, should have called sooner!! Will not be ordering from here again as have had a problem with them before. If you want reliable service, go elsewhere!
My sandwich was dryer than the desert not one bit of butter on it ordered a large sandwich came with 3 sausages didn't even fill the bread cake, egg was a dirty colour left all black on the breadcake looked like rubber and the pasty was covered in Greece absolutely vile won't be ordering again oh and not to mention you pay £2.50 for delivery but have to go out and find the driver cus he doesn't have a clue were he's going!
Staff are rude every time you go Every staff charges you a different price for same sandwich 3 bacon and a large sound which what only covers half
Really gone down hill, asked for well done bacon and it wasn't well done. Might as well have just put tomato sauce on my breadcake instead of asking for tomatoes. No flavour, chewy sausage and slimy bacon.
