I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of this TSB Bank branch for helping me with learn using the application, for the pleasant service and for the professional attitude towards me as a client of the bank. I highly recommend this branch.
Absolute horrendous customer service and simplest task can't be fulfilled. Called in to chase up bcs they say I will get reply during weekend when it's known that there r no work hours during the weekend. Lies we're too obvious very embarrassing and puts a bad image to the company. Training should be considered.
I’ve consistently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this branch. There are always too few staff members available, resulting in long wait times—even for the simplest tasks. It feels like customer needs are not a priority, and the lack of efficiency is frustrating. This level of service is far below what should be expected from a professional banking institution.
Atrocious. One staff on at lunchtime. Half an hour queue to pay cash in!
Visited today for assistance in transferring some funds. Staff really friendly and very efficient. A very pleasant experience. Thank you TSB Team
