Amazing, lovely relaxing experience, could have fallen to sleep getting my nails done by Jess. Really quick and never had a nail lift or fall off, brilliant place and will definitely be going more often

My 3rd time coming back for training Because I’ve loved it so much. Rochelle makes everything so easy to understand and breaks down anatomy and physiology to the point it’s actually fun. I’ve loved doing my Hydrafacial’s and came back for lashes and micro needling training. Every time I come here I feel like a better person and with a spring in my step! Can’t wait to come back again next month Rochelle you’re the bees knees!!!

I am very disappointed in Rochelle Julianne Barret the training director. I contacted her due to a recommendation of her training centre but after my recent terrible experience she really let me down. At the beginning, after I paid my money, I constantly had to write to her asking about when the course would run. She ignored my messages then she kept giving excuses for delaying the training day. It took lots of my time until I had had enough and realised that my time was wasted. Then she said she would come to train me but because of traffic she cancelled. She said that she had no time to deal with me because she was busy with other students and her staff. In early January this year I asked for my money back but again she kept ignoring me so I gave her a bad review. Then she replied quickly to say she would give my money back if I deleted the bad review. I deleted the review but she has still not refunded my money. I have not heard from her since.

Had my nails done by Jess for the 3rd time, they are absolutely gorgeous, nails don’t last me long normally where I’ve been before but since going to Jess they’ve been on 5 weeks! Jess is really polite and chatty, makes your appointment so much more relaxing. The salon is really clean and pretty! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Highly recommend Jess. I completed my acrylic nails training along with just recently my brow lamination and lash lift and tint training. Jess I super patient and lovely. Felt at ease and not nervous when training.
