Very difficult to get an appointment, can take over a month. Appointment system is awful. If you have a physical problem the Doctor is excellent, and will be a great help. Very knowledgeable and capable. If you have a mental health condition the doctor is ok but not great. The stress of being unable to get an appointment does not help. The other gp at the practice dr Mahmoud is notoriously bad, can be quite rude and dismissive and will prescribe two paracetamol for everything from a trapped nerve to a water infection.
Absolutely brilliant Me and my mum have moved and been messed about quite a bit with GPs in Darnall. As people here know the notoriously bad reputation they have. Well thank God for Mr Melhotras because not only is it actually possible to book appointments, they listen to you! Hes a brilliant doctor and he gets things done, Mashallah. (Not to be confused with the other gp they share a building with)
Dr Saward is a really good and caring doctor I wish more doctors were like him.
if could give less i would absultly disgusting servce to patients never known a gp to be this bad needs to be stuck off
