The professionalism, care and respect we have received as a family has been second to none. Every single detail was taken care of, and my dad was looked after with such dignity and compassion. The whole funeral service, from start to finish, was nothing short of exemplary. A huge thank you to Shirlee, Jamie, Kevin, Callum and all staff for all the support they gave me after losing my Auntie Audrey. As I was out of the country they respectfully looked after her until my return. Shirlee was there every step of the way to help arrange the funeral and managed to get everything we wanted even though it was over the Christmas period. Even though I had never met Callum when I rang in he was very professional and friendly answering my questions. On the day of the funeral Shirlee wore a pink ribbon in her hat which was a lovely tribute to Audrey as it was her favourite colour. And everything was executed flawlessly. So a funeral is not a day you ever look forward to & my mums funeral was one of those days. However Jamie & his team made mum’s day v special. Nothing was too much trouble & they looked after mum from collecting her from the hospital to the day of we said goodbye to her . They were very compassionate & caring & would definitely recommend them.

We cannot thank the team for the care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time enough. Kevin looked after us throughout, and I cannot express how grateful we are for the dignity he gave my grandma. My gran had become very frail before she passed, but the way she was dressed and presented made her look the most peaceful and comfortable she had been in a long time. It meant the world to us. The room where we visited her was beautiful thanks to the candles lit and every small detail thought of right down to her favourite music playing softly in the background. It created a calm and comforting space to say our goodbyes. We had previously had a painful experience with another funeral home, so I was extremely anxious to be the first to see her. Because of the care Kevin and the team took, I was able to reassure her daughters that she looked peaceful, and they were able to come in, see her, and feel glad they had done so. Thank you so much for giving us that comfort and for everything else you did to make her funeral the beautiful send off that it was.
