First time using this garage after reading the previous reviews, and I’m really glad I did. This could easily become my forever garage — the service was so warm and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease with the team. As a woman going into a garage on my own, there’s often a worry about being taken advantage of, but these guys came across as genuinely honest and trustworthy. Thank you for such a great first experience — I honestly couldn’t fault the service.

I honestly can’t recommend this garage enough. Every time I’ve been here the staff have been really lovely and helpful, and it always feels like they actually care about helping you. They’re great at explaining what’s going on in a way that makes sense, and they never make you feel awkward or silly for asking questions. I’ve always felt really comfortable coming here and that means a lot when you’re dealing with car stuff you don’t fully understand. They also go out of their way to be helpful, whether that’s fitting you in when they’re busy, giving advice, or just doing small things to help you out. It makes a big difference and it’s the reason I keep coming back. I also really like being able to support a good independent garage like this one, especially when the service is this friendly and reliable. It’s such a relief to have found a garage I trust and feel comfortable using. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now and I recommend them to everyone I know. I had the best experience today with Graham Motors & Son! I needed help sorting my car's first MOT, and they were amazing. I noticed one of my wing mirror indicator lights wasn't working so I telephoned Graham Motors & Son to have this fixed. They were excellent from start to finish! Not only were they polite and courteous on the telephone, they managed to fit me in on the same day and resolved the issue for a great price! I’ve been meaning to put this review on for a while now and just kept forgetting, but this has enabled me to give the car a great run and really test out the new breaks! I brought my Toyota CH-R in for new pads and discs earlier in the year as I had a loud screeching noise coming from the car. The guys were absolutely amazing. They fit me in the same day and were very reasonable in price. They were really friendly and explained everything to me and I have had no issues since- no more screeching!!
