Exquisite Hair Stylists

I booked a full-body wax in preparation for an upcoming bodybuilding competition. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing for several reasons: - It’s extremely difficult to book an appointment for the day you actually need — there never seems to be anyone available. - Despite asking on five separate occasions about the cost (including one phone call where I was told someone would get back to me), I was never given a clear answer. - Then, late one evening, I received a text message cancelling my appointment because the person scheduled “doesn’t wax men.” This was just one week before my competition. No one attempted to call me, and there was plenty of time to have sorted this out in advance. This last-minute cancellation was completely unprofessional. The business advertises waxing services — even displaying it on their signage — yet apparently, they only offer it to women, and only at times that suit the person performing the service. Add to that the lack of transparency around pricing, and it makes for a very poor customer experience. Overall, I found the service to be highly unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend it.

It's the best hairdressers lve been to in a very long time, l always feel welcomed on arrival, Joanne and her staff are always pleasant and polite, we all have a natter and a laugh while we try to.put the world to rights 🙂

The staff are wonderful and very good at their jobs, it's a lovely place to go and have a chat while having your hair done

Absolutely best salon I have been too, great hair colour and cut and I won't be going anywhere else even wen I move.xx
