I have been to this shop plenty of times now and it is a great safe place it feels like a strong community hub. The staff did an excellent job reminding me of the appointment because there can be a wait time, and fair pricing. I definitely recommend 💯

Expert hair styling for crochet hook maintenance of dreadlocks. Very friendly staff and atmosphere at fair prices. I go here every few months, would recommend to book well in advance and the treatment itself can be long so take food/drink.

This is golden🫡👌🙌💯💫! It's been 2yrs 7months since I started my locs and I can confidently say this is my best experience (so far) reloc-ing my hair. From getting an appointment within 24hrs, to the friendliness of each person, to having my locs thoroughly washed, to the fastest reloc-ing I've ever seen - I was done in 2hrs! I then had this amazing styling of my locs that left me looking absolutely good🤩 with NO PAIN! That was the highlight for me - I refrain from styling my locs because I find it very painful and distressing - didn't realise I could reloc and not take paracetamol😰🤕! And, it is affordable too. I highly recommend Kivalocs and I am definitely returning! Well done guys🙌👏🙌!

Had a lovely experience, the owner is incredible friendly and we spoke almost the whole time, he was very comfortable with experimenting with how i wanted my fade and locs to look and showed me different styles and explained how each style would develop into locs and i felt very pleased and well informed at the end of my visit. I'm a week into my loc journey and so far completely in love with my locs and would truly recommend the Kivalocs salon to anyone looking for an affordable and informative experience. (For the record i paid £80 for complete starter locs and the owner threw in a free fade and lineup because it was my first ever visit/professionally done hairstyle. Normally the lineup would've costed me an extra £15)

Kiva Locs is the place to go!!! I have fussy, grumpy hair but with Kev, my 4c hair is finally starting to THRIVE. He is an expert loctitian. I started my locs journey about 6 months ago but wish I'd done it years ago. Kev and his team take great care of every customer and their precious locs. Everyone leaves looking and feeling BANGING. I almost didn't want to leave a review because KivaLocs is Sheffield's best kept (Locs) secret!
