Absolutely totally and utterly lovely people in here. Went in for a simple Blood Pressure check (After having some issues) and they were brilliant as usual. Super friendly and totally on it with the extra help I needed and they followed it up and kept an eye on me. Totally Professional and lovely.

Amazing staff, especially a lady named Jo who went above and beyond to help me out. I couldnt be more grateful. Highly recommend.

Think the large black lady with the glasses behind the counter needs find another job, don’t know where she learned her customer care skills but she should get a refund. No please or thank you’s , curt to the point of rudeness, maybe a smile and eye contact would be in order to customers spending hard earned cash in the shop, not that I will be spending money in there in the future .

I gave one star , due to the service l received at this Phamarcy by the lady named Diva. I was waiting by the till for about 5 minutes , she was behind the counter. Another lady arrived and as soon, the Diva girl came out and asked this lady if she needed help. I had to cut her off and asked if she had not noticed l was the first to get there, her response was she thought l had been served. Who would have served me when she was the one behind the counter. I was very disappointed and felt disrespected by her service. She needs to be trained around customer service and respect. I would have rated 5 star if the service continued from yesterday when l was at the pharmacy and l received great service from the pharmacist. She went out of her way to support me with what l needed. I will give her 5 star . Absolutely amazing!!! This shows you it takes one person to let down the team and get a bad review, when they have a bad and negative attitude.

I get all my prescriptions from here within 2 days of ordering from GP they just started selling frozen foods more than just a chemist
