We recently booked a holiday to Mauritius for our 40th wedding anniversary through Mauritius Travel UK Ltd, and had the absolute pleasure of working with Liam Elfethi as our reservation manager. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. Liam kept us fully updated at every step – from payment confirmations to flight tickets – and always responded quickly to any questions. Even when small delays cropped up due to bank holidays, he reassured us and followed up promptly. What really impressed us was the personal touch. Liam went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. On arrival in Mauritius, we were warmly welcomed by the local team with beautiful garlands and immediately looked after. The private taxi transfer to our hotel was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Liam and the whole team genuinely care about their customers. They combine professionalism with personal service in a way that is rare these days. Their knowledge, reliability, and attention to detail made our entire anniversary holiday seamless and enjoyable. To top it all off, a few days after we returned home, we received a lovely bouquet of flowers from the company – such a thoughtful gesture. Liam even reached out personally to ask how our holiday went. We would not hesitate to recommend Mauritius Travel UK Ltd and will most certainly be booking with them again.

Highly recommend Mauritius Travel (UK) LIMITED. Second time in Mauritius and will definitely use them again. Great service, excellent communication and always available. Our package was amazing, 5 stars food, restaurants and beach.
