Fantastic shop, been several times over the years for fixes or upgrades but just had a gaming pc built from scratch for my son. He absolutely loved it. It looks amazing leds glass box it’s just what he wanted. Thanks guys

I've used complex twice before and had no issues. However this time it has been really frustrating. I rang up beforehand to discuss the issue and dropped my computer off last Monday morning. I rang up just before closing time for an update and was told a replacement motherboard needs to be ordered and everything will arrive and be ready tomorrow (Tuesday). After hearing nothing Tuesday, I called Wednesday and was told the part is due tomorrow (Thursday) and will be ready then. After having no updates Thursday I called Friday afternoon and was once again told that the same single part was due first thing tomorrow (Saturday - Today) and ready to collect. I called this morning and was told they are currently working on it and will ring me when it is ready. That phone call never came and just like this whole week, there has been a lack of communication and transparency. After being told 'tomorrow' three times I have done all the chasing. I've not been contacted with an update on any of the days. A very frustrating experience this time around.

Best shop in town. Sadly he is too busy to pick up the phone sometimes but if you pop to his shop with your pc he will check and fix it in no time. Defo recommend going to him!!!!!!

What a wonderful shop fixed the problem with my computer in minute's, I will definitely use this shop again as the level of support and help was tremendous can't thank them enough fabulous customer service.. highly recommend Complex for any of your tech queries.

My PlayStation sounded like a jet engine and would turn off when it got too hot playing demanding games. Now I can play anything and it’s almost silent. Very fair pricing too!
