orders take forever and are completed without proper confirmation, emails get ignored, packages get sent to wrong addresses and then get 'lost' and don't get chased up. Being a small womens ice hockey team means we're clearly at the bottom of the pile. Terrible customer service, won't use again and will be switching companies for future orders.

Awful service, 7 weeks to receive an order! Emails ignored, calls not returned. The Jersey finally arrived, poor quality, different colour and design. Never again!!
