Circuits on Saturday morning and through the week. Great fitness workout, girls, boys, men and women. Great atmosphere, very friendly. Have gloves to borrow, but would recommend taking your own. It's like a big family.

Completely disgusted to hear about someone being kicked out for being disabled. The poor kid had a sensory overload and the owner proceeded to mock them and tell them to get out. I would avoid at all costs if your kid or yourself has a sensory difficulties. It’s a shame really because the receptionist is the nicest woman ever and the owner behaves like that. Completely put off sending my kids or anyone else for this matter. Definitely would avoid this and find a place that can handle children correctly.
