Since discovering this place a few months ago, I'm there walking and jogging more days than I am not. There are lots of beautiful routes and alternate pathways so I still feel I'm often discovering new things. The park has a very open layout, you can see lots of places from lots of other places, but it just means you feel safe and never worry about anything. It's all friendly and nice. Of course it's not perfect. I would appreciate it if there were better swings easier for an adult to enjoy, and it would be nice for the cafe to re-open, but honestly it's still great either way, and discovering this place has made exercise an extremely easy choice to make, so I'm really grateful

Beautiful park for a walk, I did around 2 miles but you could definitely circuit it a few more times and get more in. It’s a slight hill up to the playground, that is enclosed by a fence to keep dogs out and then the rest of the park is dog friendly. There a beautiful old manor that used to be a cafe, it seems like it’s closed now and the nearby golf course has purchased it. There’s a cricket pitch and tennis court available, if you’re looking for something more to do. I remember coming to this park as a child and haven’t been here for a few years, it’s a shame that it isn’t what it used to be and I was sad to see the greyhound she’d knocked down. However, that fantastic view still remains over the hill of Sheffield. It’s a lovely park and I’d recommend.

It's a lovely park to walk in, very clean. I walked around the park twice so got about 2 miles in which is decent. The cafe has been closed for years which is sad. There's a basketball pit but no one uses that and people okay cricket though.

The play equipment is excellently provisioned, with a wide variety of engaging play items. While the zip line could do with some sort of momentum arrester (is a very sudden stop) it is fast enough to be fun for me, but tame enough for a 3 year old. The cleanliness wasn't amazing, but with it being a Sunday morning at 8am.. Can't complain. Do hope the auto closers on the gates will be fixed soon though.
