Went there just now for my booster jab. The ladies at the door, welcome table and giving the jab were so lovely and the man showing you where to go was lovely too. Looked like a nice building for occasions nicer than injections. Big thumbs up to the lady giving me the injection for calming my nerves.

I went for my booster jab today and booked what I thought was an appointment instead I stood in a queue outside for 45 minutes. Worst of all elderly people were expected to stand for that time despite any disabilities/illnesses. I witnessed a lady sat in a chair waiting who wasn't made a priority because she couldn't stand and thankfully someone nice let her in. When I spoke to the pharmacist he said they were short staffed and only had two rooms so people had to queue outside and the car park is too small plus eveyone was queuing across it. I parked on the road and walked but am aware that not all people can do that. My honest opinion is it's an absolute shambles and I don't know who chose this venue as it's completely inappropriate and that was for appointments only yet I'm aware they are starting drop-ins on Friday.

Visited for covid booster. Well organised but big queues despite being given an appointment time. Half of car park not in use, to enable them to run a one way system, so parking a bit of an issue.

Vaccination centre. Appointments and walk ins. Well organised staff. Roped off queuing system for appointments and walk ins. Straight through to several vaccinators so no waiting even though it was busy mid afternoon. Only possible issue was parking as the street is quite narrow and part of the carpark is used up for queuing. I parked in a nearby street without problem and walked the short distance to the centre.
