I cant recommend Adam enough. Such a nice person who clearly cares about his customers and the work being completed. Great communication from the beginning. Really happy with the work completed and Adam will be our first contact for any future work, with it reassuring to know that any results will be of a great standard.
Worked with Adam a couple of times now and can’t complain. He helps you find your kitchen/bathroom goods, sources everything for you (unless you want to get your own) and makes suitable recommendations. He works quickly and sends regular updates (if you are away when the works being carried out) and tries to help where he can, as we have a small child he ensured that we had working tap/washer/cooker for when we arrived as he wasn’t quite finished. Would recommend Adam (and have to others already).
Adam has been fantastic from start to finish! We had asked Adam to do a complete rennovation of our main bathroom and ensuite as it looked fairly dated and after discussing some ideas with him during some home visits, we felt confident that ACT Refurbishments would be the fit for us! Adam has been a great communicator and has provided us with some good advice and guidance throughout the project and would get back to us in a professional manner if we had any questions. We would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone without question. Could not be happier with the finished products and quality service!
Adam has been great from first contact. He worked with us to ensure our vision became reality. It wasn’t a straight forward job, having to liaise with a variety of different people due to the nature of the property. But nothing was too much trouble for Adam. We recently moved house to York and Adam spent a week installing a new bathroom and catching up on a couple of other plumbing repairs for us. He was very friendly and professional, worked very hard and did a great job. He gave good advice about what to choose and recommended Clifton Trade Bathrooms. We found this a big help because it narrowed down the overwhelming choice and all their products were very good quality. We love our new bathroom…thanks Adam!
