The windows and workmanship are stunning – real quality. The fitters Sam and Dave had to work through the cold snap of snow and as bad conditions as you can imagine. They were cheerful, hardworking and skilful. I couldn’t fault them. They extracted, replaced and cleared up with a professionalism unsurpassed. When there were the inevitable snags they were worked through with great cooperation and speedy resolution. Darren and Dave were always available at the end of a phone – no dilly-dallying. Highly highly recommended!! As a landlord renovating a new property I needed new windows, a composite front door, some masonry building works and a new landing bannister. I got a few quotes and did not feel assured that they would take the same level of care and workmanship that Darren and his team promised. Darren is incredibly patient, professional and trustworthy. His team have completed all of the tasks to very high standards, and in an accurate timescale. I felt it was fairly priced. I feel really happy with the work that was done but also that I have found a trusted team that will be my go-to for the next project. Do not hesitate to contact Window Elegance for a quote!

Sales pitch excellent, use only directly employed fitters. Darren provided plenty of references from other customers which we followed up on to our satisfaction as professionalism shone through from these reviews. Took a while to measure up, and to manufacture, yet we did have 28 windows and 4 doors, so knew it was going to be quite a wait. Installation was largely excellent although 1 of the fitters spilt a lot of broken glass in our plant pots, to my annoyance. Other 2 fitters were superb, minimal disruption, barely any making good to do afterwards, worked very hard in hot weather. 1 window was not delivered as they forgot to add it to the factory order, so we had to wait another 6 weeks for it to be installed. We requested some blank windows to be changed to openers, which again took time and was all a bit of a faff about hinges and different manufacturing methods, but all sorted in the end, Product is fantastic, house is much warmer and way more secure. Spare front door keys are blooming expensive though! Not the cheapest option by a long way but a good investment in our house. Happy overall, would use again.

What can i say about Darren and the team at Window Elegance Yorkshire, From the outset of the quote, survey and then the install of our bay windows, front composite door and surround plus some other windows, Window Elegance really shone through as true skilled proffesionals, took their time to do a great job even with our bays, which are notorious for being a pain. they were up to the challenge and transformed our house which now looks fantastic. The install team where polite, proffesional and very hard working, i would not hesitate in recomending this company to anybody in the future. We had multiple quotes carried out for the work to be done, they were competatively priced but something special stood out with Window Elegance and i was confident we would get a premium job and i was not dissapointed, great customer service too. 5 STARS from us, very happy....... We initially decided to go with this company not just because of the quality of the windows, but because of the welcoming nature of Darren - nothing was too much. We decided to jump in and get the whole house done, doors and windows and we have fallen in love with our home all over again. Darren was happy to make suggestions as to styles ect what he felt would be sympathetic to our home and the results are incredible. The two guys that fit the windows are lovely, their work is impeccable, very tidy - didn’t make a mess and worked hard to get the job done - they even washed their own cups up one day. Literally could not find a fault with any part of the process if I tried to and would 100% recommend. Thank you.
