Beadle saved my holiday! I was half way between Birmingham and Edinburgh when a fuel injector died. The friendly crew at the garage did everything they could to diagnose, order the part and fit it. All within just a few hours! They were extremely busy at the time, but still managed to fit me in so I could continue my journey to Scotland. They have also charged me a very reasonable rate. Thank you very much for your help.

Would recommend anyone to avoid, I had my car booked in for brakes on a Friday, however the Wednesday preceding that the throttle-body failed (stuck open), so I had the car recovered by the AA and asked if this garage would repair it along with the brakes. I was not expecting the vehicle to be repaired before Friday, but come Friday at 14:00 I get a call telling me the throttle-body is stuck they cannot repair it - I ensured when I delivered the vehicle on the Wednesday that all the notes had been taken that the throttle-body was stuck open. Now I’m left, having already been forced to take time off work, scrambling around trying to find a garage to repair it late on a on a Friday afternoon whilst they’ve had the vehicle 3 days knowing they were never going to repair it… the best part, the brakes haven’t even been touched. I will add I haven’t had to pay them anything, however have financially suffered through lost working hours due to the situation.

Always ready to help, even at short notice . Great at given advice , not cheap but ive always been happy with the work they have done . Been to cheap and cheerful and paid the price with work not done and being charged for it !!!

I have been going to Beadle Motor Services (BMS) for 30 years. It is a 30 mile round trip but I would not go anywhere else. In all of that time they have never done anything without my go ahead. They have not done anything that did not need doing but would inform me that the item would probably need replacing is so many miles. I trust them implicitly. In fact my daughter & son in law, their friend, my second daughter now all take their cars to BMS and they have been given the same level of service that he gives me. Beadle Motor Services are definitely a company that is working for the customer.
