Cohens Chemist

Went to the pharmacy today for my little girl, was seen by the pharmacist very promptly (didn’t get her name unfortunately) and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter. Knew her symptoms straight away, gave amazing care advice and the right treatment. Very thorough and I left feeling very reassured and happy. She’s an absolute credit to the pharmacy team. Thank you so much

We went for flu vaccinations. The medical centre was a bit difficult to find as it was on a housing estate, on minor roads. The NHS app gives a link to Google maps, and we found it helpful. The centre has a large free car park, next to Cohens. At the Cohens reception desk, we told them what we were there for, they asked us to take a seat and five minutes later a pleasant lady came, introduced herself and took us into a side room for our jabs. She checked our names and other data, gave us the injections and clarified potential side effects. It was a pretty painless experience.

Well trained staff who always seem willing to be helpful with problems customers may have . This is often quite a busy Pharmacy, being that they have direct patient traffic from the Doctors Surgery within the same walls of the building .

The lady who runs the pharmacy is absolutely spot on and all the staff are really helpful I haven't a bad word for them

Awful service from the main the pharmacist who didnt want to see a child patient, then subsequently miss diagnosed them leading to a severe infection.
