Scale Model Scenery Low Relief Nightclub & Offices OO Gauge A detailed yet easy to assemble & versatile OO gauge / 1/76 scale low-relief nightclub & offices building. Based on a real life prototype up in Liverpool, the building features weathered, brown & blue brick construction with sash windows and detailed entrance doors. This is a very straightforward kit to build and can be assembled for use on a busy main road or backing onto a railway line. Based on a real-life building in the side-streets of Liverpool, smack bang in the city centre, it's got lots of atmosphere and character, from the heavily weathered brickwork through to the elaborate door surround on what's now used as a fire exit. The kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly and comes with fully weathered paper wraps, with no additional painting or weathering required on the main components for a "Realistically Better" finish straight from the pack. The window & doors are supplied laser-cut from eco-friendly laserboard and are packed with detail. These will require painting with acrylic paints prior to assembly or colouring with suitable markers or acrylic paints.  There's also plenty of scope for customisation too...
