Valerian SleepAid (THR) is a traditional herbal medicine used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances caused by mild anxiety.* Take one or two tablets daily, half an hour before bed time. Each tablet contains 300mg dried root extract equivalent to 900mg−1,500mg of Valerian root.
