4-Hour Slow Braised Beef Ragu with Strozzapreti Pasta (500g)

Our pulled beef ragu is slow cooked for 4 hours, giving a great depth of flavour which is enhanced with added smoked bacon lardons, red wine, garlic, thyme, bay leaf and cinnamon. We’ve even added Strozzapreti pasta so it’s ready to heat and eat with no fuss.Convenience doesn’t have to mean compromising on quality or ethics.
