At the heart of the set is a drop-forged 1/4" bit ratchet featuring a fine 60-tooth mechanism, delivering a precise 6° return angle — ideal for working in confined spaces where swing room is limited. Switching between clockwise and counterclockwise operation is straightforward, and the ergonomically shaped ratchet head and lever reduce fatigue during extended use. The 28 included bits feature Wera's BiTorsion zone (BTZ) design, which absorbs peak torque loads to prevent premature bit breakage — a genuine advantage in daily trade use.
