heartcore is the debut album fromaltpop visionary AuRa.Recorded between London and Los Angeles, blending ethereal pop, electronica, 8bit hyperpop and altrock, AuRa describes the 16track opus as a concept album where I open the dungeon of my mind for listeners to climb inside. I created a character to help me process the reallife trauma of my girlhood, and how I healed from putting all my selfworth into being an artist.Featuring the singles KILLSWITCH, CRACK, HIGH FANTASY and SWAMP, each song is a step further into a shifting labyrinth an illuminating portal into her characters descent and eventualrehabilitation.
