Permaset Aqua Puff Paste Is Designed To Be Mixed With Permaset Aqua Standard And Supercover Screen Printing Fabric Inks To Create A Raised, Textured Finish On Fabric. When Heat-cured, The Print Swells Vertically To Produce A Distinctive Three-dimensional Puffed Effect, While Retaining Clear Definition And A Soft, Tactile Feel. The Amount Of Puff Paste Added Controls The Level Of Rise, With Higher Ratios Creating More Pronounced Texture And Lighter Colour Strength. The Paste Is Wash And Dry Clean-resistant Once Cured. For Best Results, Allow Prints To Air Dry For Around Fifteen Minutes Before Curing In An Oven At 160°C For Four To Five Minutes, Using A 32T Or 43T Mesh And Two Squeegee Pulls. Testing On A Sample Fabric Is Recommended Prior To Production Runs.
