To support healthy digestion our DigestiSupport Treats include Enterococcus faecium; a bacterium that is found naturally in the gut. For friendly bacteria to grow and thrive they must have the right nutrition themselves. These ingredients, which pass undigested through the stomach and are then broken down by the bacteria themselves, are known as "prebiotics". Our DigestiSupport Treats contain several prebiotic sources to support a diverse range of beneficial bacteria. Calming Botanicals If there two are plants that have historically been associated with calmness they are chamomile and lavender. Whether in a salve, a cream or a tea, they have been used for generations to encourage restful sleep or to relax upset tummies.
