Grippy profile even in the wet. Forces an appropriate driving style. The speed ramp made of high-quality rubber forces drivers not to exceed certain speeds. The solid yellow and black elements with embedded reflectors ensure good visibility by day and night. Despite its high effectiveness, there is no danger to tyres and chassis. The material is durable and consists of a heavy-duty rubber compound with a moisture-proof profile. The speed ramp is designed for general traffic calming at a recommended speed of 20 km/h and helps to mitigate danger spots at exits, loading bays, weighbridges, junctions or kindergartens and schools. An additionally integrated cable channel, Ø approx. 25 mm, protects cables, hoses or pipes from mechanical damage. Please note that when using the end pieces no cable pass-through is possible . For optimum function, the surface should be level. To avoid shearing forces, curves or bends should be at least 5 metres away so that the load can be absorbed evenly. For a fixing that is gentle on the material, it is recommended to only tighten the screws hand-tight with a spanner or a cordless screwdriver with a torque limiter (approx. 25 Nm). This provides the components with minimal freedom of movement, whereby impact forces are better compensated for and material breakages or shearing screws are effectively avoided.
