DAY 1: FEZ-IFRANE- AZROU-MIDELT- MERZOUGAThis is a seven-hour excursion towards Merzouga passing by the Middle Atlas Mountains; some of the most wonderful sceneries in Morocco. We’ll travel through the vast cedar forest near Ifrane; “The Garden city” of Morocco. We’ll stop at this point for a short break then continue our way through Azrou, Midelt and Ziz Gorges. Natural sand dunes of Erg Chebbi will appear from a long distance. We’ll reach Merzouga after few hours, where the camels are waiting for us to start our journey to the dunes and establish our well-equipped camps.
