To mark Record Store Day 2025, Universal Music Recordings and Island Records are making The Charlatans039 2001 album 039Wonderland available on limited edition white and red vinyl. This new 2LP set contains six bonus tracks not included on the original album.Originally released in September 2001, initial sessions for The Charlatans039 seventh studio album took place in Los Angeles with producer Danny Saber, and were completed by the band with James Spencer at Big Mushroom Studios, in Cheshire. 039Wonderland039 entered the UK album chart at No. 2, and includes the Top 40 singles 039Love Is The Key039 and 039A Man Needs To Be Told039. A third single, 039You039re So Pretty We039re So Pretty039 was scheduled for release but withdrawn a remix of that single by LoFidelity Allstars is included in the bonus content.Since The Charlatans formed in the West Midlands in 1988, they have released thirteen studio albums all of them Top 40, and three of them No. 1 and had more than 20 Top 40 singles.
