Arctic Wilderness Hike from Rovaniemi: Midnight sun & Sunset

The Midnight Sun period in Rovaniemi lasts from end of May until early July. In July and August, the sun sets for a few hours only, offering equally impressive warm colors and the so-called “white nights”. From September onwards, as the Northern Lights season starts we may spot some on our way back from the sunset hike.
