This cover board is supplied in a 5-metre length and a smooth storm grey finish, the lightest shade of grey we offer in our cover board range (RAL 7045).Cover Boards should be installed over sound existing timber or a new backing board using polytop nails .Unlike our FloPlast 9mm cover boards , Freefoamand#039;s cover boards have a 10mm thick bottom lip. Freefoam Cover BoardsFreefoamand#039;s cover boards are supplied in a variety of colours and sizes ranging from 175mm to 225mm. Freefoam recommend using N50 Plastop Plastic Headed Nails for capping over the cover board.Cover boards can be used for replacements or new builds, although it is advised to fit the cover board onto a timber backboard to ensure maximum security and support of the guttering and rainwater system.Freefoamand#039;s cover boards are BS EN 13245-2:2008 certified.
