This product is created for animals and is not intended for human use What is Metacam Oral Suspension for Dogs 1.5mg/ml What is it? Metacam® oral suspension for dogs is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and is used to reduce pain and inflammation in dogs. Metacam® oral suspension for dogs can be used for both chronic (long-term) musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, and acute (sudden and short-lived) musculoskeletal disorders, such as an injury. Metacam® oral suspension for dogs is a 1.5 mg/ml suspension and is available in 4 bottle sizes: 10ml 32ml 100ml 180ml How is it administered? The suspension should be administered orally, either mixed with food or directly into the mouth using either the drop dispenser of the bottle (for very small dog breeds) or the measuring syringe provided in the box.
