In Order To Achieve A Certain Lustre, The Medium Is Added To The Liquid Watercolour Drop By Drop And Can Also Be Used To Saturate The Paper Before Applying The Colour. To Saturate, Thin The Gloss Intensifier With Water: 5-10 Parts Water To 1 Part Medium.
