Jo Sonja Polyurethane Varnishes Are Clear, Non-yellowing Protective Varnishes Available In Gloss, Matt, And Satin Finishes For Painted And Decorative Surfaces. Fast-drying And Suitable For Indoor And Outdoor Use, They Are Designed To Act As Durable Topcoats That Help Preserve The Finished Surface Over Time. They Should Be Applied Full Strength In Thin Layers, With A Coat Of Jo Sonja Clear Glaze Medium Recommended Beforehand As A Barrier Coat, Depending On Climate And Humidity. For Greater Durability, Several Coats Can Be Built Up, With 4 To 5 Coats Recommended For Alcohol-resistant Or Outdoor Use. It Is Recommended That The Varnish Be Allowed To Cure For At Least Two Weeks Before Use. The Matt And Satin Versions Should Be Shaken Gently Before Use To Disperse The Matting Agent, As Over-shaking May Cause Bubbles.
