Charbonnel Siccative Varnish/Retouching Ground Is A Fast-drying Varnish That Can Be Used As A Liquid Stop-out Ground. Due To Its Very Fast Drying Time, It Can Be Used As A Retouching Varnish Over Already Applied Grounds, Without Causing Them To Dissolve. It Works Well As A Stop-out For Aquatint Techniques. Apply With A Brush To The Cold Plate. It Will Dry To An Opaque, Satin Finish. Made With Beeswax, Turpentine And Asphaltum, It Will Clean Off With Low Odour Solvents.
