Cranfield's traditional etching inks have been handcrafted, with historic formulations containing pure, and intense pigments, offering fantastic colour mixing potential. These etching inks are perfect for a large range of techniques such as engraving, etching, drypoint mezzotint, and all kinds of intaglio printmaking techniques. Created with a mixture of linseed oil, and beautiful pigments that have been finely ground into the purest of oil, providing archival resuslts for your etchings, whilst staying bright and fresh. All colours across the range have been rated a 6 or higher on the International Blue Wool Scale for lightfastness.
