Willow Wolfe Callia Flat Shader brushes are made with an innovative blend of synthetic hair which offers excellent absorption, spring, and a gradual release of colour. They are designed for oil, acrylic, and watercolour, and contain no animal hair.The flat shader is composed of medium-length bristles that taper to a chisel edge, allowing for a wide range of applications. A good quality flat will have spring and will snap back to shape when bent gently. A flat can apply broad strokes or a fine line, when used on the chisel edge. The brush has a blend of multi-diameter synthetic filaments that have been etched to create microscopic pockets that absorb colour, allowing for a controlled release.
