Jacquard : Solar Fast : Dye

Dive into the world of dying and creating with sunlight. The unique property of SolarFast means that this dye can be used to create incredibly detailed photographs, photograms, and shadow prints on fabric or even paper, from the power of our sun. Apply your SolarFast colour of choice to your surface, and anything you place on the painted surface to block the light will create a printed impression in no time at all. Placing an object on the painted surface will block the UV development, and will create a negative/printed impression.  Placing film negatives over the top of your surface will also create permanent photographs with incredible detail! Once your creation is completely developed, there will be no need to 'fix' the design, just pop in the wash with the SolarFast wash, and your artwork will be complete.
