The Lifting Preparation Medium by Winsor & Newton is a medium that prevents your watercolours from sinking into your surfaces permanently. Simply apply the medium directly to your paper, and allow to dry before working over. Once dried, you can paint over, and remove any colours using a wet brush or rag, which will easily remove your colours with minimal or no traces left behind.�
