The Garzone Silverpoint Stylus Is A Traditional Silverpoint Drawing Tool From Renaissance Workshops Materials. This Silverpoint Stylus Is Perfect For Obtaining Fine Lines And Creating A Detailed Drawing On A Gesso Or Primer Prepared Surface. Each Stylus Is Unique And Made By Hand In London In The Craft Tradition Of Medieval And Renaissance Europe. The Garzone Stylus Is A Smaller, Simplified Version Of The Stylus Depicted By Rogier Van Der Weyden’s In St Luke Drawing The Virgin C. 1435–1440. It Has One Tapered Silver Tip While The Rest Of The Stylus Is Brass. The Brass Tip Can Also Be Used For Drawing On Prepared Ground But It Is Less Permanent Than The Silver Tip. The Garzone Silverpoint Stylus Is Approximately 13.8cm In Length.
