Willow Wolfe Callia Flat Wash brushes are made with an innovative blend of synthetic hair which offers excellent absorption, spring, and a gradual release of colour. They are designed for oil, acrylic, and watercolour, and contain no animal hair.The flat wash brush has a head that is more square than a flat shader and is larger in size. The blend of hair and taper of the brush make it ideal for applying washes and blocking in large areas of colour. The flat wash has a blend of multi-diameter synthetic filaments that have been etched to create microscopic pockets that absorb colour, allowing for a controlled release.
