Walking Tour Varenna, the village and the craftsmen

A nature guided tour in the romantic Varenna, on lake Como, leaded by Nadia, a native local guide licensed AIGAE (Italian Official Association for Nature Hiking Guides). A walking tour of about 3 km in the lovely Varenna, a picturesque medieval fishing village on lake Como, located in front of Bellagio and Tremezzo. A 2 hour walking experience visiting famous attractions but also corners off the beaten truck, meeting local artisans and experience Varenna like a local. At the end of the tour there ‘s the option of a unique experience aboard the traditional boat of Lake Como, the “LUCIA”. The boat was made famous by Alessandro Manzoni in the novel “I promessi sposi”.
