Minerva Core Range 21 Wale Cotton Needlecord Fabric Bottle Green

This fabric is a beautiful quality cotton needlecord dressmaking fabric. It is a 21 wale cord which means there are 21 ribs per inch, which is a fine needlecord and velvety smooth. This fabric is made from 100 percent cotton fibres and has a lovely soft feel.
