Built from a single construction element, the microbeam (match stick), this provides the builders greatest challenge. Use the templates provided to cut the microbeams to the correct length, and glue them together. Kit includes 2000 microbeams, acetate sheet, microbeam cutter,  wood glue, microbeam tweezers, plans, and instructions.   The Statue of Liberty is one of the most popular monuments in the world, located in New York, on Liberty Island, south of Manhattan. Offered by France as a sign of Friendship between the two nations, to celebrate the centennial of the American Declaration of Independance. Sculptured by French Auguste Bartholdi in 1871 and completed after his death by Gustave Eiffel in 1886
