Four different types of organisational culture are explored, with their significant characteristics and impacts. How is an organisation’s culture developed or decided – what are the factors that decide its future direction? The course explores what problems can stem from the organisation’s culture and the difference between organisational and team culture. The course discusses whether culture can be changed with a case study and how this could impact on the success of the organisation.
