Treasure Gold & Liquid Leaf Mediums Are Specialist Mediums Designed For Use With Connoisseur Gilding Colours. The Range Includes Treasure Sealer, A Clear, Fast-drying Penetrating Sealer For All Surfaces, And Brush Bath, A Thinner And Cleaning Solvent Formulated For Use With Liquid Leaf. Treasure Sealer Can Be Used As A Protective Coat Over Gilded Surfaces To Help Retard Tarnish, As A Sealer For Porous Materials Such As Raw Wood And Plaster, And As A Waterproofing Sealer For Wallpaper And Murals. It Dries By Evaporation In Around 15 Minutes And Can Be Recoated Immediately If Needed. Brush Bath Can Be Used To Thin Liquid Leaf For Spray Application Or To Clean It From Surfaces, And Sealed Liquid Leaf Can Be Overpainted With Oil Colour Without Being Reactivated By Turpentine.
