A Tortillion Is A Hollow Tube Of Tightly-rolled Paper Which Can Be Used To Blend Charcoal, Pastel Or Pencil Drawings. It Is Used In Much The Same Way As A Paper Stump, But Is Slightly Sharper At The Tip And Is Therefore Less Suitable For Blending Large Areas. This Is A Pack Of Six Small JAS Tortilions; Each One Is Approximately 6.6cm Long And 0.4cm In Diameter.
